This document, originally prepared at the request of BOCC members, may also be useful to other countries... That's why we've translated it.

Registration:

You can register now for the event through the appropriate channels at your own club.

After registering, you will receive a unique code from your club (for example, your club's abbreviation followed by your membership number). We, the organizers, also receive this code from your club. Please pay the €50 deposit by February 28th, including this code. With this code we can link the payment to the respective registration.

Payments without a code will not be considered valid registration.

The participation fee for two participants is €200 and includes the Saturday evening buffet. For more or fewer participants, the price will be adjusted by €30 (+/-).

The above price applies from Thursday, May 14th to Sunday, May 17th. It is possible to arrive one day earlier (Wednesday, May 13th) for an additional fee of €25. Please note: only one additional night in Ljungbyhed is possible.

The remaining payment of €150 (for 2 participants and without an extension, otherwise the amount needs be adjusted) must be paid no later than March 31, 2026.
